(sort of like 2+2=7)
That may sound complicated, but Synergy Student Ministries isn't complicated at all. It is all about us (a small force) combining with God (the most powerful force there is) to create a ministry that can accomplish so much more than what we could on our own. By combining with God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ we are able to allow God to work through us to accomplish His purpose in our life and the lives of those around us.
Our logo reflects this idea.
The flame in the center represents a person on fire for Christ. Now, when you pour water on a normal fire the fire is extinguished, but the fire that we have in our lives from Christ is no normal fire. The water drop represents the Living Water that Christ said He will give to everyone who comes to Him. When we allow Him to pour that living water on the fire that comes from loving and serving Him is fuels the fire rather than extinguishing it. Pretty cool, huh?
Our motto goes right along with this idea too.
Experience the outcome! means that when we allow Jesus to fuel and fill our life then great things will happen as He works through us to accomplish His purpose. When w experience life this way the outcome is amazing!
