 The Children’s Ministry Team
is made up of Christians who are passionate about reaching children
with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching them to grow in their faith,
and building relationships with them and their families.Members serving on this team are able to use their spiritual gifts and creative talents to serve Christ by touching the lives of Macedonia’s children. Sunday School Sunday school classes are available for all children (Nursery—6th grade). A safe, learning environment is provided in each classroom where the children are taught with material designed especially for their age group. Children’s Church Children’s Church is a special time of worship and learning for children 3 years-6th grade. Several Sundays each month the children who would like to attend Children’s Church are dismissed from our morning service. We have two age appropriate classes where the children hear an exciting Bible story, work on simple crafts, play learning games, and enjoy other activities that reinforce the morning’s Bible lesson. AWANA AWANA is a Bible-centered children’s ministry which partners with local churches to provide a weekly Bible club ministry. At Macedonia our AWANA Clubs is for children Pre-K through 6th grades. We meet during the winter, spring, and fall months at 5:30 pm on Sundays. Bible Drill Macedonia has a rich history of Bible Drill participation. Each year children compete in the church, associational, and state drills. This ministry helps children learn how to memorize Scripture as well as helps them to build confidence and develop a hunger for God’s Word.
